YS6800i MEMS High-Low Temperature Handler
The device takes out MEMS sensors from a chip tray, performs pressure testing at each temperature, and moves them back to the tray excluding the ones which are not good after writing parameters on.
8 MEMS sensors can be transferred at the same time and 384 devices can be tested altogether so that this device can accomplish UPH6800.
